Our Choices Count
Our Choices Count sought a series of articles/reviews/website content for their sustainability-driven website. The project has yet to launch, but my writing for them covered topics such as sustainability in the fashion industry and in the food delivery industry. The tone was thought-provoking and trustworthy, aiming to be helpful and accessible to the general public while also being well-researched.
This interactive platform for therapists and their clients needed well-researched content for their Fairgrounds webpage to explain the rationale behind the platform and provide crucial background information.
The primary audience was trained psychotherapists and counsellors working with children and adolescents, and the tone was quasi-academic but accessible and positive.
Over several years I produced almost 80 blog posts for Antique Animal Jewelry for a weekly blog. These were educational, photo-rich posts about antique jewellery, predominantly from the Georgian and Victorian era.
These included a Her Story in Jewels series exploring the lives of historical figures through their jewellery, features on the best antique examples of particular items, jewellery from particular social movements or historical events, symbolism and secret codes in jewellery, and focus pieces on different materials or techniques.

British Culture Club Magazine
Languages United commissioned me to write several issues of the British Culture Club magazine, from Issue 6 onwards, a magazine about British culture aimed at English language learners.
I also produced interviews and audio content for the accompanying podcast.
2021
I interned at this software development company, where I produced a wide range of company materials including flyers, brochures, blogs/articles, official internal documents, presentations, and content for their website redesign and social media.
These were often highly informative but accessible pieces of content about their services and pre-designed solutions. It was crucial to ensure the language was accessible and engaging to audiences without specialist software development knowledge and to illustrate the applications of their software to potential clients’ own industries.
